Good day yesterday I went to Crufts with my sister my niece and her friend, a very enjoyable day out was had, I probably went over my points but what the hell. I then stayed for dinner at my sisters so it was for me a proper day out.
Sunday I didn't know what to do today and should have booked one of Steve's rides but didn't get around to booking one. So today I rode to Cirencester and back, a very pfast pace out but very windy from South Cerney to Dangleworth then the wind behind me for the ride home. A good ride but it was hard work in places.
Stuck to my points today and eat very well today.
