I had planned to do a 150km audax mesh ride today but decided to wait until late last night to make the decision in the end I decided not to do it. I was a bit disappointed this morning to wake up to blue skys and bright sunlight thinking that maybe I should have booked the ride. So I went out just for a ride around and soon found that although the sun was out there was quite a strong wind that was biting cold.
Keeping within my points today even though I do feel quite hungry, roast chicken and lots of veg for tea tonight should stop the hunger, I weighed in at 12.13 stone this morning.
