Not a bad week so far felt pretty good, I haven't tracked this week but I have kept a very close eye on the amount and what I have been eating and also my weight. The weather has been nice so I have been riding the bike to work going the long way which can be anything from 10 miles to 25 miles this does really help with my maintenance.
I was meant to help last night at the meeting but again couldn't get there on time, this has really pissed me off as, I now know no matter how much I would like to be a leader I just couldn't possibly due to the uncertainty of making a meeting.
I am hoping to do my first 200k event this weekend lets hope the weather holds out.
